Return and Refund Policy
Tire Agent Motorsports strives for your complete satisfaction with your purchase. Our return and refund policy is very straightforward & maintains fair policies for specialty and event-based orders.
Requesting a Return or Refund
To request a return or refund, contact us at mason@tireagent.com. We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items, allowing you to request a return within 30 days from the delivery date. Return shipping is $15 per tire, and we will provide a prepaid return label. Once the item is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Important: We cannot accept refund or cancellation requests for orders that are already in transit. Additionally, we do not accept returns for any tires that have already been mounted or driven on, no exceptions.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- It must be in the same condition as when received. Unmounted condition for tires & wheels, no expectations.
- It must have all tags attached.
- It must be returned in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
The following types of orders are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Tires ordered for trackside delivery
- Tires purchased as part of a bulk discount order (10 tires or more)
- Tires purchased through group buy programs
- Gift cards
These orders are custom-processed for specific events or group arrangements and cannot be canceled or refunded once submitted.
Initiating a Return
To start a return, email mason@tireagent.com. We’ll provide detailed instructions and a prepaid return label. Do not send any items back without prior authorization.
Returned items must include all manufacturer stickers and original protective packaging to be eligible.
Damages and Issues
If your order is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at mason@tireagent.com so we can evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, initiate a return using your prepaid return label. Once we receive and inspect the original item, we will ship your requested replacement.
Note: If incorrect, used, or damaged items are returned, a $25 per item fee will be charged to cover return shipping back to you.
Refund Processing
You’ll be notified once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing may take 3–5 business days depending on your bank or credit card provider.
